Black Kalamata Olives
Red Wine Vinaigrette
½ c extra virgin Olive Oil
3 T Red Wine Vinegar
2 Cloves Garlic crushed
2 t Dijon Mustard
Salt and Pepper
1 – 2t Honey or sugar if you would like a sweeter dressing - Optional
Big tomatoes slice in rounds and smaller cut in wedges. Cherry tomatoes cut in half.
Break up bocconcini and add other ingredients onto a platter.
Whisk up Red Wine Vinaigrette ingredients in a bowl and drizzle enough over the salad to taste.
